Dr. Gary Comparetto is the Clinical Director of Scrambler Therapy of Long Island and one of the most experienced Scrambler Therapy physicians in the world. He is the only physician to complete the Advanced Scrambler Therapy Certified™ training six separate times, working directly with the inventor of the technology, Dr. Giuseppe Marineo, in Rome, where he now co-hosts advanced physician training for doctors learning the therapy.

Dr. Comparetto also serves as the Director of Clinical Support and Training for Scrambler Therapy USA, where he trains and certifies physicians across the United States and internationally. Through this work, he helps ensure that providers offering Scrambler Therapy follow the precise treatment protocols required to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

His journey into Scrambler Therapy began when he witnessed the treatment in action for the first time. A patient who had been living with severe neuropathic pain for years after exhausting medications, injections, and other treatments experienced meaningful relief during therapy. Seeing that transformation firsthand had a profound impact on him.

Recognizing the potential of the technology, Dr. Comparetto dedicated himself to mastering the therapy. He pursued advanced training directly under Dr. Marineo in Rome and has since become one of the most experienced practitioners of Scrambler Therapy in the world.

Through the Scrambler Therapy Certified™ program and his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Comparetto takes a patient-first approach to care, carefully evaluating each individual and tailoring treatment to their specific pain pattern to maximize the likelihood of success.
